Services and Conditions
Fabbri Rides provides services associated with the sale of second-hand amusement rides, including marketing, sending information to buyers, assistance with negotiations up to the sales contract, and communication management. Services associated with the transport of rides are limited to identifying a specialized company and managing communications. This document outlines our minimum services and the limitations associated with the various commercial plans.
Although we have an extensive international commercial database with good media visibility for the RidesZone App www.rideszone.xpl.io, we do not guarantee any results in terms of selling the ride.
You are receiving this document because you have requested our services, even if only verbally. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the commercial plan REGULAR (A) will be the one initially activated, with the possibility of subsequent incremental changes. These conditions are implicitly accepted by the seller who continues to interact with us on this matter through written messages.
Plan A – REGULAR
-> Considering the characteristics of the ride, we can decide to publish, not publish, delete the ad, or publish only partial images.
-> We will highlight the ride to buyers we consider potentially interested.
-> (a) No upfront costs. (b) We will add an agency fee to both the seller and the buyer who has been referred to us.
-> Travel expenses and time spent will be reimbursed to the extent agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: A special ride in terms of type and decoration becomes easily identifiable by buyers, who can contact the seller directly, thus avoiding paying agency commissions.
Plan B – BUSINESS
-> Publication of the ride ad with a main image and some details for up to 24 months.
-> We will highlight the ride to buyers we consider potentially interested.
-> (a) Advance payment of marketing expenses. (b) We will add an agency fee to both the seller and the buyer who has been referred to us.
-> Travel expenses and time spent will be reimbursed to the extent agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: This option is not available for all rides, particularly those with a high market value.
Plan C – EXCLUSIVE
-> Publication of the ad for the ride guaranteed until the sale with a main image and characteristic details, inclusion of a video clip.
-> Your ride will be prioritized in sales over those in commercial plans A and B. A dedicated social media advertising campaign will be planned.
-> (a) No upfront fees. (b) We will add an agency fee to both the seller and the buyer, even if the buyer has contracted the seller directly.
-> Travel expenses and time spent will be reimbursed to the extent agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: The mast must provide us with the name of each buyer acquired directly so that the agent fee payable by the buyer can be applied, otherwise, the portion of the agent fee payable by the buyer will be charged to the seller. The seller may not appoint other agents to sell the ride.
